The internet is a great source for information, but unfortunately it means that you may get overwhelmed or not know who you turn to. All of my clients are free to ask me any fitness question, any time. I'm always accessible. 

BOOTCAMPS

Bootcamp training has risen in popularity due to a fun atmosphere and time-efficiency. My workouts here will be short and sweet, and leave you sweating (or are those tears?).

PEOPLE POWER

Everyone has different goals, for different reasons. I celebrate the differences among all of my clients. Whether it be age, gender (identity), physical or mental accommodation, race, or any other intersectionality - I want to work with you and make your experience the best it can be.

PERSONAL / GROUP TRAINING

If you prefer to have people with you for the ride, group training is for you. If you want all my attention, and frequently have specific questions during workouts, you may benefit from personal training.
